LGAT

Sugden & Gee were engaged by Local Government Association of Tasmania (LGAT) to prepare the Tasmanian Development Manual with the support of ireneinc planning consultants.  The manual provides an overview of the processes required for development in Tasmania including planning, building and plumbing approvals, as well as design and construction phases.  Flowcharts were developed to assist discussions and understanding of developers, council staff and technical specialists.  Sugden & Gee also prepared the Tasmanian Infrastructure Design Guidelines following review of best practice standards interstate and engagement with Councils and other stakeholders to identify their expectations.
