Percy Street, Bellerive - Road and Stormwater Upgrade

The $1.4M Percy Street Road and Stormwater Upgrade project involved the installation of 45m long 300mm x 1800mm concrete box stormwater culvert in Percy Street and improved pedestrian facilities including a raised pedestrian threshold at the Percy Street / Cambridge Road intersection. The project was successfully delivered in a busy retail precinct with extensive engagement with internal and external stakeholders. The key challenges included the management of pedestrian and vehicular traffic to minimise disruption to traders and the avoidance of multiple underground services.
