Sugden & Gee were engaged as a subconsultant by REALM Studios to prepare servicing strategies for the Droughty Peninsula Structure Plan in the Clarence City Council municipality.  Our scope included assessment of water, sewer, stormwater, road, power and telecommunication services for up to 3000 residential and commercial buildings in a greenfield setting. Our work considered the constraints and opportunities presented by the topography and geotechnical conditions to integrate best practice street topologies and water sensitive design.
