Alma St Childcare Centre, Bellerive

Sugden & Gee were engaged by Clarence City Council to provide project management and contract administration services for the delivery of the Alma St Childcare Centre in Bellerive. The project included demolition of an existing building and construction of a new building and playground designed to achieve strict requirements of the Department of Education Children and Young People (DECYP) for an early learning facility.
